BPCL — bpcl bill desk payment

I am paid Bharat gas online payment, amount is deducted but it shows status as pending, I paid through phonepe app and tranction I'd:ICI972ba952fbcd43baa4652b945d7e201a. I get message that amount I'd deducted, and my phonepe tranction is also successful then why it is showing like this,

I made a transaction of Rs 1109.50 towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[protected] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they delivered refill through COD
.My consumer no 7311 and order no 1669.

I contacted gpay several times but they couldn’t resolve the problem yet.I contacted BPCL but they are repeatedly telling that the payment is a failure.
I have attached the photos.Kindly help me in this matter and get my money reverted back

I get paid Bharat gas online payment by google pay.Amount was debited in My account rupees 1122.50 Rs For 12 july 8:07 Am.But The Gas agency says you got not book the sylinder.. Payment is already successful in Bpcl billdesk..
