Dear sir/mam Myself chitta bishai consumer of BP gas . My consumer no.487 & My distributor ( subham bharatgas gramin vitarak) distributor code 172366 . I have booked cylinder on 16/09/2014. My booking no is 90818 is not delivering at the right time . It is my 23th day after booking yet cylinder is not delivered. I had complained you before 9days I called their customer helpline [protected] and registered my complaint. The Complaint ID number is 251166.& anther 07/10/14 i repet again complaint registered the ID number is 257006 also you did not take any action. I called today my distridutor to check, when told me that I will get the delivery that day or next day 12th oct 2014.
