I’s placed a complaint to bpl customer service about a leaking fridge door on 11th dec, 2019. Ty sent a technician named raju who did nothing but said all is fixed and took service charges and left saying he will whatsapp the receipt which he never did. However, t problem stayed so wn i called bpl customer care again, ty sent the same guy with a replacemnt heater for which ty charged me (Fine since it is out of warranty). The new part never fixed the leaking fridge. I was never given the bill too by t technician. N wn i tried calling their technician, he kept saying that he’l visit and never turned up for 4 days and i kepy
Calling him everyday. Called bpl and they r so horrible with their scripted answers. Spoke to tr floor manager “parmesh” on 10th of jan 2020 and he assured me that he will send the technician in 24 hpurs. I kept calling them every day and nothing has been resolved yet. Such sad customer care and all ty talk is script like robots. Parmesh promised a refund if no technician visits me by 15th. Plz help me get a refund. I swear never to buy another bpl product.
