Dear sir, i purchased BPL 6.5kg Fully automatic washing machine on 13.10.2018, Company provided 3 year warranty, so now it is in company warranty period. From the past 2 years It was working good suddenly it is not working at march-2020, If we switched on the machine it shows " Error 14". Because of lock down imposed by our government i am unable to lodge a complaint, but after lodging complaint it is more than 2months our issue has not been rectified. i purchased it by seeing the Reputed brand BPL, unfortunately it is getting abnormal delay.i am once again requesting you to sort out the immediately.
