I have contacted customer care multiple times but they are not taking necessary action towards the issue everytime they wait for 48 hours our technician came and resolve your issue. We got a BPL Washing Machine & Model No.BS-40 two day back the power cord wire was short ciructted and it wired are burned stage, the complete power cord should be changed still that time the machine is not functioning now. Also one more thing that in Spinner will spinning it will make a lot of noise it also be recetified.
