BPO — I am complaining about a company called aegis startek kolkata

Hi,
I have left this company without serving notice period due to fathers sickness. The company tortured my very much. They have deducted my money including the notice period amount. I have left the company early on 14 june but still they have marked my last date on 10th July which is later than the date of joining in Wipro. As per the company policy a person cannot be employed in two different company.
