[Resolved] BPO — A fraud and fake BPO Company named Agnes Global Technologies | |
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is a complain against Agnes Global Technologies is a BPO Company situated at Marlin
Matrix, 7th Floor, Room No. 704, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata –
700091 is totally fraud and fake company. This company takes
Rs. 10, 000/- from every candidate at the time of their joining and provide them a
nominal salary between 5000
to 7000 per month. After that they provide
training and says they will get salary in training period but all the
commitment they made is a false commitment. Moreover, they says they have the
project of Infosis and they make agreement with every candidate in stamp paper
for working in their company at least 1 year and after 1 year they will refund
their Bond Money but everything is false commitment and they do not return any money
to the candidate and make them work like slavery. This company does not have
any data security because they do not appoint any security person, the office
boy does security cum office boy’s work. This is the advise to every Company
not to give any project to this company, advise to every consultancy not to
tie-up for manpower requirements and advise to every candidates and every
people not to go any interview and don’t join this company. They want to meet
the revenue target of Rs. 1 Crore and after that they will fly away at any
time, so, take action together against this company and uproot from the commercial
place like Sector –V. So kindly take strong step against this company
immediately.

Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I Amalendu Ghosh am confessing that the complain which I posted against Agnes Global Technologies is completely fake and misinterpretation. Also I was involved in cheating, fraudulent with innocent employee and employer
Afterwards when company caught me red handed I have written the statement to this social media to take an action against this company and the MD.
So, I am taking all my written complains back and extremely sorry and highly appoloized from the company and the innocent employee and the client who misguided from this post.
So, please mercy me and accept my written statement which I am giving without any pressure.

Amalendu Ghosh Feb 03, 2015 abhishek Karmokar's response This guy Amalendu Ghosh was an ex employee of the company, he was cought red handed as he was watching porn video in the office. He tried to misbehave with the ladies who used come for the interview. One of the lady complained against him afer giving interview. For further clarification interested person can come down to the above said address for further knowledge. His computer was effected by virus and malware as his illegal access to porn site over the web.For this reason his wife was willing to divorce him and his wife even called the office employees for knowing his behavior towards girls in office.Also his previous orhanization kicked him out of the office because he did similar stuff there . If anyone wants we can reveal his previous company details too so that you can call and get the feedback. if you people look at his facebook page you can find such bad laguage with the girls, and every body has rejected his frd request. After getting all the information he was terminated from the company and he was paid in cash also the company has a acknowledgement copy of his settlement.
Regarding the bond amount this company takes 10,000 INR as security deposit as they work for data entry project and require the data security and they provide you 1 year job garantee as no other company provides you that in saltlake sector V and said money is refundable after one year as we have project contract of one year with our mother client . Also the company has 2 security guard also the information given above is false and done deliberately to spoil the companies image. Also when Rs. 1 crore is concerned the company has a target of 10 crores within the year 2015 as we are a data entry project base company and still now we are working and we did not fly away ( as proclamed by Mr. Amalendu Ghosh). for any further clarification you can call the above said phone nos. It is a fact that selection procedure of the employee of the esteemed Company is not always errorless. Very few like 1% of the total who is unwanted gets on boarded and these become onerous for the company in the operations stage. And as with the passage time as the resources are getting sharped the company is rectifying themselves. The Company has terminated 1% of those employees for committing gross violation of certain terms and conditions as mention in the appointment letter and some other remained absconded after committing gross violation of conduct. These are those persons who are making these fake, baseless, imputations concerning the Company “Mediterranean Alien Technology Consulting Limited” who don’t have that much ability to confront the Company instead of stabbing the Company from behind. Keeping in mind of the welfare of the majority in the Company, the esteemed Company has started proceedings against these anonymous employees by filing an F.I.R. in E.C.P.S. Bidhannagar Salt lake sector – V, Cyber Crime Police Station (Bidhannagar) has also started the investigation for booking the anonymous employees. Those who has imputed the company by disclosing their identity legal notice has been sent to them. F.I.R has been registered in the E.C.P.S. Bidhannagar Salt lake sector - V against those persons among them there is an agency who has been accused of defrauding the Company by giving two forged service tax no. against invoices also against those who were accused of theft of data code which was caught by the Quality Assurance department and also who has used our company’s project for freelancing which was caught by the concerned vigilance department of the esteemed Company “Mediterranean Alien Technology Consulting Limited”. All these have been possible due to Company’s HR and Finance Department which is proactive and strong. Any person who has anything to say please contact the under signed mail.
