This is regarding one of the html data entry projects that was assigned to me an executive - ms. Saranya. The project was assigned to me on jul 28, 2020
With a deadline of august 15, 2020 i was unable to meet the deadline hence opted for renewal and the process was completed again by ms. Saranya.
While submitting the project, i continuously tried contacting ms. Saranya over the call and whatsapp messages, but i was informed that she was in the meeting. Hence, i further took assistance from the executive available on whatsapp for submission. All the proceedings, including id name file name was completed under her assistance. I was provided a date of 4th october for receiving my project delivery. After which i tried connecting several times with ms. Saranya, but she never responded, which was a complete different behaviour when related to the time of registration.
After taking follow-up for several days, i received the qc report, wherein my project was rejected due to the wrong file name (The file name was confirmed with the executive and only after that it was submitted).
They also told me that the renewal amount will be credited with the final amount. But, no such thing has been done since three weeks have passed. Was this information helpful? |
