My name is Gaurav Tiwari i am running a partnership firm name is Aayds Corporation India in Varanasi.
Sir i was looking for some good data entry projects online i have filled querry to BPO Projects India and i have got a call from one of the executives Archana she explained me about the work that its so easy and not case sensitive typing we just need to fill 2 boxes carefully mail id and phone number and rest other info can carry the mistakes.
she has charges 11800INR including GST for 2 IDs i have paid that online and got invoice over the mail.
she send me agreement in which it is mention that we will be getting 24*7 support around the clock but they are not providing,
it is written that we have to follow trainer's guideline to do work in corrct way i have done the same and i have recording of their instructions we have followed the same but they have counted all the form in rejected.
in agreement it is written that i will get my all IDs evaluated from 26th to 31st of each month but today is 1st of august and my 2nd id is still need to get evaluated.
sir they are doing scam and not following the agreement's terms and condition even their support which is 24*7 is not responding
Sir my 4 employees are engaged in this project and working day and night and no one is responsible for them from BPO Project India as they have told they will support 24*7.
they are just mailing me to continue the work.
Sir please have look on it i we have filled 4000 forms and payment i have to get is 20000 INR but they are counting it in rejected forms i dont from where i will do payment to my employees.
i am expecting quick response and help from you i have all the evidence and proof which are in my favor.
