Dear Sir I Purchased the Floor in BPTP and submit all the payments including one year advance maintenance and IFMS charges on 26th Feb 2021. Till today i am not getting the key / transfer file from the builder even after so many follow-ups. Even we don't know their decision person. Now i am paying the pre EMI along with rent.
