I am filing this complaint against BPTP Maintenance Services (BPMS) regarding negligent handling of a plumbing and seepage issue at Flat No. PB-239, Ground Floor, Parklands Pride, Faridabad.

On 28-Feb-2026, I raised Ticket ID PP7565 regarding blockage/non-availability of flushing water. The maintenance team attended the complaint and carried out blockage rectification.

BPMS is maintenance company for BPTP plot in Faridabad.
I get monthly bill but there are question but I am unable to contact.
They gave online portal - unable to register for last many months/years.
Sent numerous email to company but they don't reply.
How can I pay when they don't reply on the question and they keep charging interest on this....

BPTP did a hike of 300% in the CRM charges from 5.5rs/per sq to 15 rs/per sq without letting us know the plot owners/no addition /improvement in the service as well. This is clear cut a loot of our hard earned money. Most of the Plot/FLAT owners asking BPTP to take back this unjustified charges ( Back to 5 per Sq but they are not giving any response. I am the third owner of flat no b-304 bptp resort sector 75 faridabad, at the time of registry bptp office provided a verification chart in which it shows no fd amount but at the time of mutation they are asking to pay 325000 as fd against VAT which is totally illegal and they are not doing the mutation without it....

I booked a unit ( P-8-21FF )in 2009 and after making 85% payment on time still waiting for possession . Customer care not in a position to provide proper reply .
From last eight years always a same reply, possession will be given in next 3-4 months.

I am paying 6000 as maintenance per month as my flat area is 2200 sq feet. According to norms it should be 5000 but they are again adding 1000 bucks extra in electricity siting outside area which is fraud.

I had booked a flat with BPTP (Park Elite Premium Sector 86 Faridabad).
The Builder has delayed the project by Two years and is charging and escalation Cost of 8 Lac 31 Thousand Rupees, While the Basic Selling Price is Just 28 lac Rupees. This is an escalation of cost by almost 30% of the BSP.

I am writing to address an important matter regarding the NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued for the flat I recently purchased at BPTP Park Generation Unit- T6 1601.

During the purchase process, it was communicated to me by Pushpinder Saharan (from the BPTP Sales Team) Komal Singh, and Shiv Kumar (from Square Yards) that the flat included five air conditioning units. However, upon receiving the NOC, I was surprised to learn that the unit is classified as standard and does not include any air conditioning units. This discrepancy has caused confusion and inconvenience, as the inclusion of air conditioning units was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the property.

I kindly urge you to rectify the information provided in the NOC to accurately reflect the amenities included with the flat. I believe this issue arose due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication during the documentation process, and I trust that it can be resolved swiftly.
