I was owner one flat at bptp parkgernation T5 1902 in sector 37D gurugram.My customer id was 134191.
I sold my flat in the month of March 24 with completing all formalities of the company There was no due at the time of new registree therefore company agreed for registree. On completing all formalities company transferred my flat to the seller Mr. Bhadur.

Unit- BPTP Park Generations T6-1601

I am writing to address an important matter regarding the NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued for the flat I recently purchased at BPTP Park Generation Unit- T6 1601.

During the purchase process, it was communicated to me by Pushpinder Saharan (from the BPTP Sales Team) Komal Singh, and Shiv Kumar (from Square Yards) that the flat included five air conditioning units. However, upon receiving the NOC, I was surprised to learn that the unit is classified as standard and does not include any air conditioning units. This discrepancy has caused confusion and inconvenience, as the inclusion of air conditioning units was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the property.

I kindly urge you to rectify the information provided in the NOC to accurately reflect the amenities included with the flat. I believe this issue arose due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication during the documentation process, and I trust that it can be resolved swiftly.

    A persistent issue that has been plaguing the residents of Lane 15, Eden Estate, Sector 81, Faridabad. It pertains to the accumulation of sewage water in the vacant commercial site located in front of our residential area.
    This ongoing problem has created an environment of discomfort and health hazards for the residents. The foul smell emanating from the stagnant sewage water is not only unpleasant but also poses serious health risks. Additionally, the presence of such unsanitary conditions in our vicinity is tarnishing the quality of life for everyone residing here.
    It is deeply concerning to note that a similar complaint was raised by BP Homes in February 2023, yet no action has been taken by BPTP to address this issue. The lack of response and remedial measures from BPTP end is disheartening.

      I (Manju Anchal) owner of your flat no 301, Tower-20 of BPTP Teera, i bought this flat one and half year ago and now I am living in it with my family for 8 months.Maintenance team of BPTP Teera are running a heavy moter on the main gate of the BPTP Teera till 24 hours which is so near from the Tower-20. because of which too much sound is producing. I and many persons of the T-20 Tower have raised this issue many time in front of the maintenance office but no one gives us a saficiant reply for removing this motor . So I am requesting to BPTP that as soon as possible remove this motor on the main gate and place it in another area.

        We bought a flat in BPTP Park Generation project, 37D . Its been almost a month BBA is not done. We're getting mails for paying them more money as per payment plan but without any legal document in our hand how can they expect us to pay installments, moreover they're charging 10% interest on delayed payments but why customer pay interest when its BPTP who is delaying the BBA document.

          No Response to customer services calls after sales related to - Road, Water, Electricity, Hygiene etc.
          BPTP Charge your good amount every month but in return stab you back.
          No Commitment on Road, Water & Electricity availability.
          Wherever they have sell new plots road will be available, after that you have to go behind them. Most Poorest Company in the Faridabad

            There is no electricity since 6 am. It has been 10 hours now. How are we supposed to live in summers like this? The concerned people don’t reply to calls.
            Please help us we have children & elderly people at home.

              There is no light since morning 6 am
              It has been 9 hours.
              There is no help as the concerned people are not picking up calls.
              Please help because it is summer time & we have kids & elderly people at home. It is very hard for them.

                Hi users,

                Please don't buy any bptp properties . We are living in sector 85 E block faridabad. From last 1 month there is no water . Bptp support guys don’t even pick the call and their behaviour is very rude . Everyday we face water issue . There is electricity issue in the area as well. More than 300 families are suffering here. We pay heavy amount in terms of maintenance.

                  We live in BPTP park elite floors, block A, sector 85, Faridabad, Haryana. Since from last one month builder maintenance company bpms is not supplying water. Around 300 families lives here and they are not getting basic necessities like water. All residents along with RWA tried their best to resolve the crisis but no firm confirmation from the builder. We reached out to MLA but still issue is not resolved. Peaceful protest was also done., but it seems no authority can control this builder. He is charging heavy maintenance from the residents and can't even provide regular water supply. You can imagine what will be the condition of other services. We are helpless and filling water through paid private tankers.

                    I ANITA AGGARWAL, the purchaser of D3/21 4TH FLOOR, IN BPTP, (PARKLANDS), GREATER FARIDABAD, SECTOR-85.
                    I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOU ATTENTION THAT in this building only 2 floors are sold. BPTP officials are continuously saying to get the panel board fixed for all the floors, but I would like to ask you that why should I pay for all the floors .
                    my answer to them is I will pay for panel and electric wire from the feder to the panel for my floor only.
                    Why should I pay for all the floors.
                    I ALSO REQUESTD THEM TO PLEASE GET THE SINGEL METRE PANEL INSTALLED
                    AS The builder is saying that he won't be paying for any of the floors.you see what do you want to do.
                    I request Bptp to please look into the matter and get my electric metre installed as soon as possible.
                    I had completed all my paper formalities but till now none of the demand for metre has been generated from the side of BPTP.
                    My refrence number was 171853.
                    My papers FOR ELECTRIC METRE has been submitted with MR SURINDER.
                    I AM A DYLASIS PATIENT . I HAD TO GO ON DYALISIS TWICE A WEEK.

                      BPMS is maintenance company for BPTP plot in Faridabad.
                      I get monthly bill but there are question but I am unable to contact.
                      They gave online portal - unable to register for last many months/years.
                      Sent numerous email to company but they don't reply.
                      How can I pay when they don't reply on the question and they keep charging interest on this....

                      We are the residents of c 15/15 sector 85 bptp parklands. Due to poor quality mcb we are facing a lot of problems. Everyday mcb trip down because of heating issues. Every night we are facing this problem and not taking rest completely at night going in chasing the line men. The Neighbouring building is not facing this kind of issue. We need a complete solution to this problem.

                              We received handover of our BPTP flat unit in September 2022, but recently we got a maintenance bill from 2021 to 2023. It was clearly communicate at the time of transfer that there are no previous dues and transfer is subject to clearance of all previous payment/pending dues. Still we are not getting proper explanation from customer care and they are asking to visit office to resolve the matter.

                                BPTP did a hike of 300% in the CRM charges from 5.5rs/per sq to 15 rs/per sq without letting us know the plot owners/no addition /improvement in the service as well.
