BPTP — Delay is fitout and no response from BPTP

I had submitted the NOC fitout letter on 02/04/2022 to Project/site Incharge. Today is 09/07/2022 and no work is started in the flat after n number of calls and visit of every week from Delhi to BPTP Park Generations . Project Incharge is busy in their own stories and no matter with your problem at all. Every time they say we will start the work in 2-3 days and that never came . Some time they have labour issue, some time contractor are not available, some time BPTP is not releasing payment to contractor and some time their electricians are on vacations . Every time new excuses and harassing the customer . Now recent statement from Project incharge is that they have shortage of cement and contractor is on Holidays.

Don't know where to go and no one is guiding on the same . So, I am requesting you to please look into this personally .
