BPTP — Electricity bill improper outstanding

Please note that I am paying electricity bill every month immediately after receiving the invoice, except last month abd current month because the outstanding started showing from last month is improper. When I am paying due charges every month without delay then ehy outstanding of previous month is showing?
Also pls note that from last month, it has advised to pay through BPMS website, when I tried to pay the bill, it is showing outstanding if previous month which is not correct
Hence please clarify the same and send me electricity bill account statement so that I can check at my end too
