BPTP — Escalation Cost being taken by BPTP for Park Prime Possession

BPTP has been giving possesion letters for its Park Prime project in Gurgaon form the 2nd of January. There is a header called Cost Escalation which is completely random.This header has not been explained and has been implemented without any prior information.The money taken under this header is also completely random .In spite of attempts from the unit holders to get an explanation, there has been no communication from BPTP about this. This action by BPTP is akin to arm twisting unit holders at the last moment to get extra money.All o[censored]s BPTP Park Prime should get together in a forum to take some action against this randomly taken action.

Hi,

I also have flat in BPTP Park Prime and they send possession letter with multiple surprises:
- Hefty escalation cost
- No delay delivery payment
- Sign undertaking without being physically inspected the flat

Hi, I have received a demand notice with an escalation of 13 lacs plus increase in super area, with total demand of 24 lacs. Can any person who have posted comments let me know what action can be taken against the builder. I have been informed that people holding units in this projects had a meeting with the Director Planning at BPTP and MOUs have also been signed by various unit holders not accepting the price escalation. Hi,

Has anyone taken the intitative to form an organization ?? I have also received a demand letter with very high amounts being charged and no options of project delay charges which is literally stealing in broad day light. The Buyer-seller contract is pro- BPTP that you don't have much option unless we get together and challenge them in court of law.Anyone filing a case, I am ready to support and join.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue of a demand notice that has been raised by BPTP totalling 16.5 lacs. They have increased the super area to 1441 sq ft without providing any details. I have been trying to get in touch with FB admin of BPTP Park prime owners but to no avail.

Anyone interested to take the legal route against this builder ??
