BPTP — Flat Registry pending

Hi, This is regarding my BPTP flat registration in Park floors sector 76, Faridabad. BPTP has already taken the stamp duty and registration charges 1 year back and still i am struggling to get the registry done.As per BPTP every time i raise the concern they always mention "We wish to inform you that since the Tigaon Court of faridabad has adopted the online process for registry, each builder is constrained to a number of registries which can be accomplished in a day. Thus, there has been postponements and cancellations in the past few days." Can anyone advice on this? Thanks Rishi

I am facing the same issue with my BPTP Princess park flat. They have now thrice postponed the registry even when I had paid the full payment including stamp duty and registration charges a year back. I am fed with it and now going to send a legal notice to them.

They will use stamp duty money and registration charges till they got completion certificate. I am also a BPTP victim and fighting for refund with interest. If interested to join SMS datewise monies paid and your contact details.
