BPTP — non refund of vat not deposited with tax deptt

An amount of rs 41000 was taken as vat in 1st week of dec 2018 for a flat taken in faridabad in year 2012. The amount was collected on ground that company us expecting demand of vat from competent authority and of demand is not received, the amount will be refunded with interest now company is not responding to inform if vat is paid which most probably is not paid.
