BPTP — Not receiving electricity bills

I stay in Sec 75 p-block p3-41-ff bptp Park Elite Floors. This year April i shifted to this flat. Since then I am not receiving any emails hardcopy or any notification about came and electricity bills from bptp side. Everyone I go to there office but no solution. From last 4 months I did not received my electricity bill.now they will send all months bills together instead of each month with interest and all. Please help me in resolving this issue.
