BPTP — Possesion delayed for plot at amstoria

Plot booked at amstoria, unit d 83. Booking done 2010

All payments made except for the last installment. By 2013

Till looking forward for the possession...In 2016

I have bought this plot fro bptp, and taken loan to finance it, i am paying interest every month but bptp has not given us the plot till date.
Nether there are any communication on status. As per their agreement clause they are suppose to pay penalties and interest for the delays. I am under tremendous pressure mentally.

Kindly help us.
