I am the allotte of lm block and has recently been offered possession on 11.5.2018 but on physical inspection of the site the discrepancies noticed have been brought to the notice of bptp customer care through e. Mail appended below. But, they have not given any reply even on telephone and are saying that if you delay payment of the demanded 5% demand on possession + maintenance charges, you will not be eligible for consideration of the payment of the delayed penalty.
This mail is for the allottee of lm block for raising the similar issues before bptp authorities.

On 11th may 18, i recd mail regarding possession,. I inspected site on 15th may, following are my queries which needs to be answered before the final date given for payment of possession demand.
1. Only one portion of 9 flats on one side of the block has been completed. On the other side of the block, work is still going on with the result following common use works are incomplete due to which it will not possible to live there and take possession.
A) boundary wall/main gate has not been placed which is a very serious safety issue due to which it is not possible to take the possession.
B) the approach road from the main road as well as road inside the block has not been constructed.
C) external works as mentioned in the agreement has also not been completed.
2. Penalty clause benefit despite, no delay on our part in regard to payment of the demanded amount, as could be seen in the various demand raising letter including the last demand on completion of flooring dated nov. 15, 2017 having demand no. [protected]/662/663 has been shown.
3. I have made payment in the head of interest amounting to rs. 2265 as per demand letter of bptp dt. 18.6.2012. After that bptp has re-calculated the interest demand on my request and vide bptp's mail dt. 21.8.2012 has agreed that an amount of rs. 371/- was due, thus, i had paid excess interest of rs.1894/-, this amount has not been adjusted so far despite repeated reminders in this regard.
4. I was subjected to pay 2 types of plcs i. E. 15 meter road and corner side. However, there is no 15 meter road nearby my flats. There is only one road which is the main entry road of the block. Therefore, this needs to be advised as to why i have been subjected to plc of 15 mtrs. Road whereas there is no road passing near my flats.
Thus, from the shortcomings as mentioned in para 1 above, due to infringement of safety, it is not possible to take possession unless all the work is completed in regard to fencing, main gate and approach roads and inside road of the blocks.
Please treat it as most urgent and reply the querries so that i can deposit the final demand.

Kindly be careful while buying plots from these person (Chandra Arora And Ramandeep) as they make false promise and try to misguide buyer. These people deal in BPTP plots. Ramandeep (Sardar) is a fraud in Greater Faridabad and they are misguiding the people by showing fake property document. Ramandeep (Sardar) collect money from buyer as a token amount by showing fake document after that they dont return the money. These people tried to sell plot PB-406 in sector 77 by fraud method. Most of the meeting in evening or in night, when you guys ask for documents then they show one document and make excuse of night.
