BPUT University — 2007 Convocation certificate denied.

I have been denied convocation certificate from my college The Techno School, Bhubaneswar . I had the clearance and provisional 3 yrs back . From where does any pending amount come now after 3 yrs. Does a student need to pay to college for placement done by college, if I am correct isn't the placement amount included in fee structure .why do I need to pay now?? I had already paid at the time of provisional as college had held the certificate. Please help.regd.no - [protected]
