Sir my grade sheet of 3rd and 4th year and provisional certificate has yet not been uploaded in bput 's student portal and hence they are pending.

Sir I need to submit the documents in my office as they are demanding for it, so kindly see to this matter and please help me by availing me the certificates so that I can submit in office. Nd by the way sir there is no paper left, all have been cleared then also they are delaying. Kindly, help me to resolve the problem sir.

Not showing my one year back paper result of B.TECH 4th sem. Reporting about not showing my one year back paper result. Respected Sir, With due respect and humble submission i beg to say that I mr Smrutiranjan biswal.B.Tech in chemical engineering having regd no [protected] of 2011 admitted batch . I had 1year back paper of 4th semister in all subjects. My problem is that in 4th sem i had a medical problem so i couldn't able to attain the 4th sem exam thats why my 5th sem exam is not showing as the penalty of 4th sem...i have given the back paper exams for the 4th & 5th sem but the back paper examresult also not showing...for this i am very much worried...please help me...College dont take any action regarding this matter Therefore i pray you to be kind enough that please solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can able to know my actual result, which act of your kindness I shall even greatful to you. Dear Sir,
I am Sunil Misra this is to notify you about the fraud that is taking place in Gandhi Institute of Engineering And Technology, Gunupur. Recently my son passed out from this college. Sir in the final year college asked for placement fees of Rs 10, 000 so that college could bring companies to the campus and if a student is not placed on campus his placement fees of Rs 10, 000 is refunded.

Sir my son is not placed in any of the campus, he is too much frusted and even tried for a suicide. He has lost hope in his life. I have convinced him to apply in other companies and for that he requires provisional and marksheets. I have asked the college for his documents but they are asking addition Rs 18, 000 instead of refunding Rs 10, 000. When I enquired about that same they are not giving any reply to the mail and phone calls. I don't even know for what they are asking the money. Sir I have taken admission in this college is due to your affiliation. And it is grave to see that this college is harassing and extorting money for no reason. There are many such cases where my son's friend have been placed in fake companies and there are similiar cases like mine.

Right now I only need my son's document so that he could move forward in his life.It is my urgent request to help me solve my problem as soon as possible.

This year (2016) the PARALA MAHARAJA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, BERHAMPUR, organised the EXUBERANCE 2K16 techno-festival. But till now the prize money for the winners hasn't been distributed. When we asked for it, the students said that the principal Ranjan Kumar Swain, transfered all the money to his bank account that is approx Rs250, 000, and is now behaving as if he doesn't know anything. And no student is ready to speak against him, because of the fear that he is their principal and he may spoil their career. But we are the students of some other college and now how can we stay calm. So my kind request is to please take some action against that principal ans atleast ask him, why is he playing with our money. please help us..please..

I am 2008 batch alumni of bput. we (me and my husband) are in the process of applying australian visa which needs a document from university stating that i have pursued my btech in so and so college in 2008 with medium as english. we had wrote first letter on june 13th to bput (emails [protected]@bput. ac.in & students&bput. ac.in) and since then we have trying to connect to the registrar office number[protected].

Most of the times nobody picks the cal even during work hours and one fine day when somebody picked the cal (did not mention his name), he asked to drop a mail to another mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). but still there was no response from them. i have been sending repetitive reminder mails and i atleast call on the above number thrice a day and there is no response at all. had to write this complain when i got tired of following up with them.

I would like to advise the bput management to hire such people into this role who can show some responsibility towards their position in such a big university. i am not sure how much will this help me but atleast i hope this message would reach the bput authorities so that this can be avoided in future.

I have passed B.Tech in 2009 but still have not received my passing degree certificate from the college. I did visit the college for the same but they have misplaced the certificate. I was informed that they will submit a complaint, so I gave all the details but did not receive any information on that. Could you please help.

I am ver sorry to say that even after so much of followups from college i am not able to get my fees refunded for welfare fund.


Kindly go through below points:-

1) my father died on 22nd september 2013. (Death certificate attached)

2) immediately i have applied for 3rd year and 4th year welfare fund in my college as i was studying in 3rd year at that time and condition of my house was financially very bad as i was fully dependent on my father at that time.

3) college committee considered my application for welfare fund seeing my family condition. (Letter attached)

4) letter was given to registar, bput university on january 2014. With all relevant documents. (Letter attached)

5) i have regularly following up from college since january 2014.

6) again i have submitted documents to college and college has also forwarded that letter to university in january 2016 (Letter attached)


Sir what is my fault my father died?? I have not submitted relevant documents?? I am not following up from college from last 3 yrs??? Is their any policy which says i am not eligible, whatever it is kindly revert??? I have not submitted my fees timely???

I am a 2015 passout batch B.Tech student. I had a back paper in 7th sem, (VLSI), which has been cleared after recheking. Before that I had also applied for skip that paper.As the back is cleared now, I dont know the paper will b skipped or not:but I am waiting for my final year grade sheet and provisional certificate.Please send them as soon as possible, so that I can go for higher studies or can walk to give job interviews. We want to respect our university, but we dont know why our university is not giving us a chance to do so.plz plz plz...I reqst u -plz dont spoil our career, dont play with our life.

Sir, It has been around 5 months and we didn't received our provisional mark sheets yet and all the company's are asking provisional mark sheets and certificates . I am a student of college of engineering bhubaneswar under bput, sir i am very much depressed and harassed with college.Sir i belong to a poor family i have applied for tfw during counsilling but due to some problem i could not get it but sir during admission in college i have asked to give my college fees in 2-3 installments but now college is forcing me to pay the dues at a time which is not possible for me as my father is a small govt....

sir/madam, i am a 2014 batch passed out student of bhubaneswar institute of industrial technology, bhubaneswar under BPUT university bearing regd no-[protected] . i am here to bring my problem infront of you that i had one back in my 7th sem exam and later on i have applied for to skip that subject as per university rule and regulation. now i have my provisional certificate with me but till now it is already about a year not getting my final year grade sheet. so i request you please suggest me that what i have to do next for getting my grade sheet.

I have been denied convocation certificate from my college The Techno School, Bhubaneswar . I had the clearance and provisional 3 yrs back . From where does any pending amount come now after 3 yrs. Does a student need to pay to college for placement done by college, if I am correct isn't the placement amount included in fee structure .why do I need to pay now?? ,I have two years year back then after passing i didn't got a job till now for two year
i'm roaming in banglore & hydrabad in search for job, nobody from my family nor relatives give me a little bit respect
i'm 27 year old ,elder son with no job it's shame for me & for ur's university who gives affliation to mahavir like college hear every year
candidate gets admission but no job,the college has posted in his website i got placed in iflex & cheating people,
u one day made me criminal u ruined my selfrespect ,my freedom,ur's university only makes exams
& at last in 8th sem supplementary u make open book exam.u have a link job opening not a single job u provided
in hydrabad osmania university is conducting its own campus every year i[censored] seat in college campus or not.
