I had ordered tow items for Rs.1150+800 = 1950, i have returned it due to quality issue
It says amount refunded but there is nothing which is reflected in my bank account statement. Also there is no response of my emails and nothing is being done by the customer care service. They just ask me to send emails to which they don't even reply.

I received a mail from their side. they asked me my contact number. i give them my cell phone number but don not call me and do not refund my money back.
