I have not received the product, and refund also have not been made ..till today (16th October)...no customer care no or website contact is there ...

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I had order cloths on 01 May2022 which are delivered by 08 May . After requesting return, the product are picked by 20 May. But till now refund is not credited in account. Total refund amount is 2400Rs

It occurred on: 20/05/2022

Please refund my cash...

I had ordered and returned product for which the refund issued saying it will credited to my account within 7 working days but till date no refund credited the only message regarding issue of refund received 2months back. Message saying refund initiated was received on 21 May 2021.
Solve my problem and get me my refund.

I have ordered shoe and shirt by brand factory online, shirt got delivered and shoe not yet delivered. Kindly request team to Refund the amount of not delivered item Shoe( INR 1979)order number[protected]. It's already been two months of order placed.

Total 2400Rs not yet credited. Please take a look.Please call [protected]. Otherwise i will complaint in Kerala cybercell for scamming online product....

Product priced at 800 returned as it didn't match the one shown in the website.
Complained about it, got a mail that refund had been initiated; Been over two weeks, no response from the merchant.
Website also taken down to evade responsibility from many such complaints....

I had order cloths on 38 April 2022 which are delivered by 30 April. After requesting return of product is picked by 20 May. But till now refund is not credited in account....

3 month ago shopping online but the company send back the refund from the company - brand factory online.com reg. mob. no. - [protected] transaction ref. no. - [protected], [protected], [protected] product purchase - cloth purchasing date[protected] refund not credit in my account yet. bank said that no amount has been credited in account, something error from the company side....

I have initiated a product return on April 17th and till now no response from the store and also one product got cancelled during the packing and till now i didn't receive the amount also....

I have made 3 orders with below order# on 26th, 29 and 30th respectively and as on today also it show ready to ship, i have called multiple calls, emails to the customer care and only answer with in next 5 days it will get deliver but no change in the status.

I bought four items. I did not like the fit and returned all 4. The company issued refund for one but the other three are pending for a ling time. I have complained multiple times with no help. The staus on website still shows return initiated though the product is collected 10 days back....

The return pickup ws initiated on 3rd March for 3 products. I was informed that with 5/7 days after pickup the amount will be received back s per mode of payment. However after reaching out couple of times over call and mails the concern is not yet closed.
It's been 19 th March today and still I am chasing them on calls.
It is highly unprofessional for online purchases if the customer needs to face and block money for a long...

1. Ordered champion tshirt and received some other brand different tshirt
2. Ordered umbro tee pack of 3 and only received one
3. Ordered shirt and it came withe magnectic button on it

I had placed online order : 585588 and apply for exchange with in exchange policy time duto some issues with product on 13 jan 2021.

After may time i have call/ talk with harsh (he say he his senior person) but every time give new date.

I had ordered 5 apparels in www.brandfactoryonline.com website on 5th aug 2020 . The order value is of Rs. 1570 and order no is 421159.

The order is expected to deliver within 7 days as per website . But, till today, the order didn't get delivered and i am trying my best to contact the company through mails and toll free number . But, they haven't responded over emails and toll free number is keeping me on hold for hours without...

Have bought 4 shirts, due to size issue I placed replacement request on 4/1/21 but still not got exchanged.. Even tried to call them many times and mailed them, they're out of reach... Somehow cheating is the business of brandfactory.. Seen almost all customers raising this issue, still they're dumb. I don't know why still brandfactory didn't got banned....

I placed an order worth rs645 in brandfactory online shopping on August 15 2020 via online payment
The order was placed nd payment was done but didn't recieve the order till date even after two months
After repeatedly calling n mailing and no response from them.
There's no option to cancel the order

WORST! WORST!WORST!
I hade received, incomplete order in Aug. Since then I am chasing them to complete the order, it is oct now, yet they have not delivered the complete order. The customer care service is pathetic . Even after sending mails everyday they do not respond. and the helpline no takes forever to connect. Do not ever purchase ever online from brand factory. They are the worst services....

I am Preema Prasad from Trivandrum. I have purchased an item as per ORDER ID: 264159 on 11th Dec 2019, but since the item was not matching the description I have asked the exchange of the item as per ORDER ID: 266032 on 16th December 2019. The same wrong item was delivered again hence i returned the item on 27th DeC 2019 Return Reference Number: B8053C.
But I have not received the refund amount 1400 (excluding the shipping charges).br...
