Brand Hype — Refund

I have paid one year membership at hype gym-22 but due to some legal reasons gym has been closed from last 2 months. Rhere is no proper response from the owner what he will do whether he will return money or open gym at some other place. It's high time he is not even picking phones and responding to clients.
