I have paid one year membership at hype gym-22 but due to some legal reasons gym has been closed from last 2 months. Rhere is no proper response from the owner what he will do whether he will return money or open gym at some other place. It's high time he is not even picking phones and responding to clients....

I ordered from brand marts and i received but the product box is empty

Hello sir or mam I have doing online job which I has book the product all of my 4 product are there in freezing unable to remove from freezing he is saying to do next to me I don't have money to order next one 125k it's product actually i m in worry I will beg my money please return my money I am very home less pLease help me my amount truck up to 95k I place order for 4 things I need help now 😭😭😭😭

Just wanted to i form that i have joined the hype gym which is located in indirapuram just next to petrol pump since 10 days back but since i have joined facing the pblm again and again of power issues and mcb pblm due to which treadmills are not working at all in total 10 days 5 days treadmills are not working. And if it is oqrkjbg it gets automatically switched off due to power failure and there is chance of falling down due to pressure and getting turned off automatically. I have raised this issue again and again continuously but there is nothing happened which can solve this pblm. Pls look into this matter as i wanted a refund back from this gym dont want to continue this gym as they dont care about the members and their complaints.

I brought one kurti from satna store and i exchange it at khar store but didn't tried because i am in hurry, so yesterday i went to phionex kurla and want to exchange that but they didn't allowed me to exchange, i told them that i have a size issue it didn't fit me, so they didn't understand my concern and the behavior of khar w staff is not good and supporting, please help me for this

My name is Ashish and i have been cheated by HYPE sec 23 Gurgaon branch by My Pankaj-, [protected]

one month back i enrolled my wife for a 4 month package and at that time My Pankaj told me that at any time i can transfer my wife membership. My wife went only for 3 days and after that there was some medical emergency due to which she was unable to continue the membership, so when i went there to transfer the membership Mr Pankaj Demanded 2200 as a transfer fee, which he doesn't informed me at the time of admission. This is pure cheating if there was any transfer fee it should be communicated at the time of admission only. This is plain robbery on his part and the worst case is that when i asked him to provide me contact details of any higher authority he gave me no of Mr Nikhil Diwan([protected]) .Nikhil spoke to me and he told that the membership is not even transferable while Mr Pankaj said its Transferable, its a plain scan which hype gym is doing with me.

I wish i had an option to give 0 stars to this company. They are the worst people to deal with. I paid 40k for their services and got nothing in return for 2 months of services. They do not give you what they promise. They promised me for social media marketing. The organic and paid promotions. They could not even give 40 posts for 40k. Their support system is a joke. Once you have paid them, they get so busy with other clients that they hardly pay attention to you. Even the owner will not call you even after you request him to. They cant even give you 40 followers for the amount you paid them. They are incompetent bunch of people good for nothing. It was a total waste of money and time. Please don't be fooled by their promises. Even after you tell them to post instagram stories along with the posts, they couldn't do it consistently. Claiming to be a pro in their field, they dont even know what all tags to use when they post anything.
My biggest mistakes was to hire them

Hi, i bought few services from the company called "brand hype consultants" having their so called office at paras downtown center, 1st floor, golf course road, gurgaon where i met them in the month of february 2016. On the site the address is 5th floor, ocus technopolis, golf course road). The services included following:

1. Website development
2. Ppc google campaigning
3. Domain marketing
4. Social media optimization
5. Search engine optimization

I have almost paid to the company a sum of rs1 lakhs and so far my website, and other services below like.

Ppc google campaigning
Domain marketing
Search engine optimization

Have not been delivered so far. I have been trying to contact the office staff and the owners but getting no response from them. Directors of the company are arvind mallick and mukesh. Wesite name as brandhype.In. Dhwaj sarkar their marketing and sales manager is also helpless in this regards as the company owners are not being responsive. Its been five months and i am standing no where.

Kindly help me in this regards.

I am Gopal Dwivedi and I want to share my worst experience of developing one website from a Gurgaon base company named Brandhype.in. I am in touch with this company from last 7 months regarding development of one e-commerce website. After taking advance with a promise with providing a creative front page. To my surprise I got a 3rd class design and then I personally sit with developer to make the design as per my need. Instead of providing lots of reference, the team was not able to move further and then start demanding second mile stone payment. I paid another installment of the total sum and gave 40% of the total amount with a promise from a senior member of Team but it was my second mistake and after that, there was only sequence of false promises and ignoring call and sending me "I am in meeting, call you later", kind of message. As I start doing regular follow up, the team stop responding and keep sending me excuse messages( Attached sample of a long list). The moment I raise my concerns, I was told the due to my pressure( actual time of delivery of website was already passed) the developer is left the job. and then I request for my money refund as I was suffering from multiple loss due to this delay. Finally I was told that I can not get the refund too. I was told not to call again and again for the same matter. This is my worst experience and I want to share with everyone who intent to develop a website, This company is not customer friendly and surely not a professional with proper skill for this kind of job. Any one want to get proof of the same I have a long list of email exchange and sms from the senior most of this team.
