On 9th of July I paid Rs.3999 (refer image 1) for the order of 'Balmain Unicorn Shoes' (refer image 2) on www.brandmaart.com website via razorpay payment gateway. I received the delivery on 16th of July 2022, the order was wrong (refer image 3) and delivery was through shiprocket (refer image 4&5). I tried reporting for refund/exchange through their whatsapp number but didn't get any response (refer image 6). Even contacted via email and just got a computer generated reply(refer image 7). Please help me get my money back as these people are scamming a lot of people through their website.
