I have ordered for Nike Air Jordan AJNT 23 for rupees 3324 and I have paid online this money to them but yesterday I received the product it was looking like some different road side Product of rupees 200

I have purchased clothes worth 16k from brand maart online.the payment was also done online.they have delivered completely irrelevant and fake products.
And after that they are not replying on mail or phone!

I have paid 3999 rs for Christian dior bag. They ve sent me some 100 rs jute bag. I do not know how to call them. It is really sad.

Pl help me in getting my refund.

I made payment of 3040 by debit card for Gucci floral bag of 2999 and i recieved a local bad quality bag of rs 200 . There is no reply frm the company . There is no phone number .this is a fraud company .action should be taken against it asap.
Location shown from it is shipped thru ship rocket is 502 city centre

I bought Bell & Ross watch for 5000. They sent order no. For tracking but it isn’t working emailed them and texted them in Instagram. Realised too late that they are online fraud company. Don’t buy anything from them .

Ordered a backpack and sandals worth Rs 6k from their website. After a week received faulty children's backpack and school shoes, completely different from the products shown on the website.
Tried contacting their team and even requested a return, but received no update from them.

These people based in chatisgard and using fake banglore address. I order slippers from their website www.brandmaart.com I paid 2000 INR. And after a week these people send me 50 rupees slippers and when I try to contact them they blocked me from instagram and whatsapp their phone number [protected]. There are so many complaints regarding the same but they still scamming people. They brought their domain from namecheap please help us to get our money back and stop this scam .

I ordered a black leather backpack which was priced at Rs. 2999, i paid the amount in full while placing the order. I received the product on 18rh August 2022 this bag was dusted not leather probably used and was not even worth Rs500. I packed a return request for which I didn't get any reply. There is only a WhatsApp number shared on the site and they do not reply to messages. I have Rs. 3000 to this company. Their website, insta account and WhatsApp number [protected] should be banned and discontinued for cheating customer and looting them of their money

I ordered a purse for 3, 000 rupees from their website and the product received is completely a different product from what I ordered .
The purse shown is a beautiful black purse and they have sent me a pink purse with a teddy bear on it .

While contacting them on whatsapp they dont respond and the auto responder says that there is no such order number

We ordered a Michael Kors Black Backpack through the online site brandmaart.com and paid 3499/- plus express delivery charges
Today we have received a fake children’s school back red with hearts on it .
We are absolutely feeling cheated and these scamsters should be banned and arrested!!
I paid through UPI (PAYTM portal)
Delivery was made in Noida.

I ordered 2 bags worth Rs. 7000 and in return I got low quality clutches which look totally different from the product that I ordered

Running a fake website and scamming people of money

I have ordered 1999 rupees sliders. I paid, They sent me 150 ruppes sliders. I made return request they even not responding mail and call and WhatsApp.. they are totally fake people.. please block this site government.. they are scemer..!

I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes and got a cheap unbranded shoe with MRP 222 written on it

Converse sneaker Shoes was ordered for 3000 . Amazon delivered the shipping .the delivered item was canvas shoes worth 400. i also chose return status is still pending

I placed an order for Vesache and Prada black sling bags, instead received 2 random black cheap sling bags.

I have emailed and what's apped but as usual no reply.

Need to drag these [censored]s to Court and from reviews by others, they seem to scamming people and have been doing this since a long time.

I bought diesel Denim shirt in this brand maart i have paid 2000 but they send cheap unbranded and used cloth shirt which is even not worth 200. I made return request but no one can respond can't respond to Mail and wapp also it is completely fraud please government i request you to please please ban this site from our india it is very dangerous and they can create this only for fraud. not only me lot of people suffer from this.

They scammed me for Rs 6198.

Can we find their address or company details from the payment transfer or Shiprocket pick up ?

On 9th of July I paid Rs.3999 (refer image 1) for the order of 'Balmain Unicorn Shoes' (refer image 2) on www.brandmaart.com website via razorpay payment gateway. I received the delivery on 16th of July 2022, the order was wrong (refer image 3) and delivery was through shiprocket (refer image 4&5). I tried reporting for refund/exchange through their whatsapp number but didn't get any response (refer image 6). Even contacted via email and...

I subsequently received a little girl's dress on 25th July'22 and I immediately contacted them about the same on their whatsapp, after following up a couple of times and not getting a response I then generated a return request through their website on 27th July, however the same has been pending for approval since then and no communication has been received.

I have ordered one belt of balmain buckle worth rs 1899. I have taken all confirmation on whatsapp before ordering and he has confirmed me product also sent me video. I have ordered the same product shared him the payment processed details. My order was booked and processed

Sir brandmaart is cheating consumers by selling faulty and wrong products . Many cases are registered but no strict action is been taken yet.

They are looting common people money by cheating and doing fraud by sending faulty and wrong products.

I have sent all attachment of our converstaion on whatsapp with brandmaart.

Also i have attached all complaints raised by other people on consumer complain forum.

We need your help to take strict action on this fraud people and return money back of all people who purchased product feom them.

There registered address is showing of bangalore we have also attached picture showing there address and contact number .

And we have received product from dhamtari chattisgarh. We have attached detailed picture of parcel received from fraud.

Many consumers are becoming victim . We request you to pl take action at earliest .

I had ordered D& G shoes and had paid Rs 2999 for the same. I received a local pair of shoes worth Rs 200. This company is a sure scammer. They should pay back my money and they should be immediately sent to jail

I had ordered 5 products but fake products delivered when I tried returning my products they are not answering my calls.

I ordered a fragrance for Rs. 1900/- from their website, and received a cheap Rs.100/- 2yr old boy t-shirt.
Absolutely frauds.
They should be prosecuted for scamming so many people.
