First of all, the company delivered a wrong item, which nowadays is a common practice in many other e-shopping companies as well... but then to surprise the company has no active customer care services and are just not ready to talk to customer for inconvenience.
Neither do they respond via email nor any response has been generated so far from my return request on their website... its been over a month and the status still shows "pending return approval", which now i dont think so company ia anymore worried about their customer satisfaction... just delivering wrong item and then getting hands free from post services yet gaining full profit...
So firstly the company loves to deliver wrong items and then disappear from customer care for eternity and when the right amount of time passes away, they would oblige it under late return...
Therefore i file a complaint against Brandmaart Luxury, to either return the money or complete the return of correct item with immediate response.
