First of all, the company delivered a wrong item, which nowadays is a common practice in many other e-shopping companies as well... but then to surprise the company has no active customer care services and are just not ready to talk to customer for inconvenience.
Neither do they respond via email nor any response has been generated so far from my return request on their website... its been over a month and the status still shows "pending...

I ordered to WhatsApp number -
[protected] for Balmain B-IT-PUFFY Slides for 2000 Rs. As per the human agent replied he mentioned 7 days return accepted incase of any issue with product.

Then after 7 days i received roadside 200 rs Slides. If I'm reaching the same WhatsApp number no one is responding back. I went to the Brandmaart Luxury website and submitted the return but it shows approval pending for more than 20...

I Avinash Dhotre have made a purchase of Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires Standard worth Rs 3699 on 6th August from Brandmaart luxury website online and they have dispatched the parcel through shiprocket and delhivery services which is still pending and there is no way we can get in touch either with the vendor or the courier services.

Vendor brandmaart have a whats app which no one responds or they have not mentioned...

I ordered a Dolche Gabbana heels and a Louis Vuitton belt. My order number[protected] got deliverd and upon opening I realised all the products were wrong and cheap quality they are not on usable condition I recieved a black fabric sneakers and a Ford Keith belt which were both in poor condition and also came in just plastic with no packaging.
I tried to contact Brandmaart and no response, no human agent ever comes in whatsapp and...

I ordered a 2.5k sunglasses but i have recieved roadside 100rs glasses and no response for refund return request i am surely gonna file a complaint on this i don't mind lossing money but the have to screw this people and shouldn't happen to any others...

July 2022 and the products got delivered on 9th July after 10 pm approximately.
