Brave Nutrition — Not delivered the product after paying the amount to the company

I ordered the protein shake from the website of brave nutrition on 17th June 2022 with the payment amount of 2699rupees and even after 5 days of payment I haven't received any confirmation mail or any word from the company about the delivery date of the product.
on 20th June 2022 I message the company on their respective WhatsApp number about the tracking details of the product but no response has been initiated from the brave nutrition.
on 21st June 2022 I tried to call the company customer care number but no response was happened from the phone call also so I tried to contact them through their Instagram profile but the havenl't replied yet.
I would like to either have my product or my money back.
please do look into this matter as soon as possible

I also buy 2kg whey protein 2 pieces, its been 6 days today and still didnt got any parcel yet, customer representative not answring my calls and msg, reaaly unsatisfied with service... I request to Fit Muscle Nutrition and JS Nutritions to please give ans about this.
