I ordered on 13 oct and i got confirmation mail and WhatsApp but it's been 15 days now i haven't get my parcel .i can't able to contact them on WhatsApp or mail or call . they didn't response, i want my refund...

I ordered the protein shake from the website of brave nutrition on 18th July 2022 with the payment amount of 2399rupees and even after 3 days of payment I haven't received any confirmation mail or any word from the company about the delivery date of the product.
on 20th july 2022 I message the company on their respective WhatsApp number about the tracking details of the product but no response has been initiated from the brave nutrition.br...
