I brought the trolly on 31/01/22 from the showroom of Duckback exclusive showroom of GT Road Badamtala. Burdwan 713101. The lock is broken. I informed the showroom about the problem. Mar 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for your assistance. They told me that the lock is given back to the company. So I have to complaine to you. Today on 21/03/22 at 1.00 p.m. I gave the trolly for replacement of the lock. They tell me to contact on upcoming Wednesday for the progression. BRC Duckback customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 16, 2022 BRC Duckback Customer Care's response Dear Anirban, As spoken to the showroom, they have not refused, they only said they will replace the lock. This lock was despatched to the showroom from our end 15 days back. They have called you and got the response that you are outside and will contact once you are back.
