I have purchased a raincoat from star selection (Address: 79, bidhan sarani, kmc building, hatibagan, kolkata-700006, mobile:[protected]) shop which is basically duckback dealer.
After purchasing when i tried to wear it, found that it was torn from inside.
I immediately went to the above mentioned shop and asked for a replacement. They didn't provide any replacement, instead they raised some complaint to duckback and took that raincoat from me and suggested me to come after 7 days.
I called them  after 7 days, they again said to wait for 2 more days. After around 11-13 days they finally called me and asked me to collect the new raincoat again from their shop.
Today i visited their shop to collect it and they said that they couldn't provide me the new raincoat because particularly that boy who raised that request for me he didn't come to shop today.

So finally, for a replacement of a 700 rupees raincoat i had to wait for around 15 days and had to visit their shop for three times but still i haven't received it yet.

So duckback company, do you have idea about your dealers or how they are handling your customers?? If this much of harassment we have to bear then if future you will loose each and every customer very soon.

Look into this matter asap and give a solution to this.
 

I bought Duckback raincoat two days ago on 21st August from Sabitri Skybags at Howrah Mullickfatak, today was the first day o[censored]se, but I am not satisfied with the use as I got wet, what's the use of buying a branded product like duckback if rain water leaks in? The velco should have been given in the entire chain line as double protection for which the water got leaked inside and my dress got wet. I don't fill its worth buying at all. I should have opted some other brand like wildcraft.

I am buying a raincoat from canteen, but didn't get bill, now the water enters through the pant in rain, due to this my dresses in wet condition in the rain, what i can do, i am contacting many peoples but they didn't ready for repairing it, so please suggest me a solution.

I booked my order on 19.06.22. No any update received to me.

I brought the trolly on 31/01/22 from the showroom of Duckback exclusive showroom of GT Road Badamtala. Burdwan 713101. The lock is broken. I informed the showroom about the problem. But they don't try to repair or exchange the lock. So please repair the lock. It is under the warranty period.

Purchased raincoat set (pant and coat) from CHELLAM Trivandrum psying 2300/-. Quality so subdtandard that clothes get wet with raincoat on even in mild rains. Water seeps inside. Mstrrisl itself grtsdrenched. Really disappointed with the quality from a well known brand

i bought this bag on date...Pleae find the attchment of the picture for thee bag condition, as my bag is still under warrenty, plase look into the same and let me know what bet can be done on the same.

I have purchased duchback raincoat today ..it was not water proof ..I tried to exchange or return but store owner said ..it cannot exchange return ..please help to exchange the raincoat .raincoat is not water proof.

I being armed forced person, had purchased 01 in no. Raincoat through csd canteen made by m/s duckback waterproof works pvt. Ltd on 22 jun 19.
It is pertinent to mention that as i trusted the brand name i took the raincoat. However, warranty card was not filled as i had trust on your brand.
Sir,. I have been using the product but i observed to be it is defective and didnot fulfil my requirement.
I am mailing this to bring this incident to your knowledge

I have purchased a duckback hot water bottle of mrp 405/- from sasta sundar on 12 december 2018 but the product is damage after using six days. This product manufacturing date is august 2018 and 2 year guarantee is mention here but sasta sundar is not doing replacement. As duckback is renowned company how damage is possible i cannot understand. Now it is not possible for me to take the product of duckback from next time.
Kindly i am requesting you to please replace the product. This product is very necessary for me. Very urgent.

Raincoat manufacturing not good.. Although it is too costly but very bad manufactured. Our pants get wet even though wearing the raincoat. It's just a mess. Please look forward to it and make your product more efficient. A cheaper than your raincoat us better than yours. I believed in your products and bought it but now i feel pathetic on you. Dear Sir, With due respect I would like to inform you that I am Ankan Datta from Durgapur (Mob: [protected]). I have purchased a Duckback hot bag from City Medical store, City center Durgapur. At the time of purchase they didn't provide any bill by saying that if any kind of problem found regarding Manufacturing we will replace the product. Purchase date of the product was 05.12.2014. Product manufacturing date printed on hot bag is 11/2014. After one month it observed that water seepage from Hot bag. Immediately we Contacted with City Medical store and they assured for replacement. But Unfortunately when I went for replacement they refused. They are saying that this is not our product. I am using many Duckback product from last 10years but I never facing any Problem. This is first time manufacturing related problem I found. I am sending snap of the product. I purchased this Hot Bag from Sarba Mangala Pharmacy, bidhan Market, Siliguri, 734001 today on 29th of December, 2013. Unfortunately this following bag leaks from the marked portion. I've attached a bill & couple of pictures with this mail to understand better.

Immediately I requested the shopkeeper to replace this item but they turned a deaf ear to me. Instead they used abusive language & said that this particular item doesn't come with warranty policy & it's not in there hand to do anything further about it.

Chinese Hot Water Bottles are available for Rs. 120/- or so & it works fine. Now my point is why should I buy a branded product from a reputed brand like Duckback for thrice the money.

I believe Duckback is a reputed company & 'I've been cheated' by them. 24 hrs have passed since I've sent a mail to ' [protected]@gmail.com ' which is there official e-mail ID, nobody responded yet.

Also understand that I'm not asking for warranty, it's a manufacturing defect!!
