I have purchased a raincoat from star selection (Address: 79, bidhan sarani, kmc building, hatibagan, kolkata-700006, mobile:[protected]) shop which is basically duckback dealer.
After purchasing when i tried to wear it, found that it was torn from inside.

I am buying a raincoat from canteen, but didn't get bill, now the water enters through the pant in rain, due to this my dresses in wet condition in the rain, what i can do, i am contacting many peoples but they didn't ready for repairing it, so please suggest me a solution....

It is pertinent to mention that as i trusted the brand name i took the raincoat. However, warranty card was not filled as i had trust on your brand.
