I had ordered for realme 2pro for 17500/- neither received the mobile nor the money back in my paytm wallet. What to do to get my money back? The order was made on 18th december, 2018. I have emailed them thrice but no positive response, tried calling there customer care but no one receives the call.
Please help me do that i can get my money back. 17500/- is not a small amount.
