Brigade Honda — not deliver the car with registration

I have recently purchased a car honda city vx cvt
Paid 1400000 loan rest cash and accessories cost. Fully paid and they give the car on march 11 th. And they told they will give the pending items
Photo frame
Seat covers
Body cover
Registered number plate
5 ltr petrol cost
Excess paid 1500

It been almost 10 days, non are responding, one person responds but keep changing the dates, how can i take the vehicle out without number plate and within a month target 1000 kms to do service otherwise they will not do, i have to do paid service.

Another thing mr bharath wrote hyphothication charges 1500 two times and collected (It's a cheating)

I request you to help to get the vehicle registration and other pending items from the showroom. It seems brigade honda yalanka bangalore is fraud company.
