Hi; I am sunny from fashion mall surat this is complaint about bright international, the worse and poor courier company, i gave him a courier for mauritius on 18 oct, after few days they said they are not getting customer address, i asked the customer for same but she did not replied, and then i told to bright that you can return my parcel. and he told me ok i will return by today evening on 5th nov. and could not do the same after a month after my several calls and they dont pickup specially Mr. Shabaz (Manager). And after 5 days buyer replied came on 10th nov. and you can see reply. Nov 10 eBay eBay sent this message to USHABEN DARJI (fashionmall_surat). And when i called them for my returned parcel. They said we have returned this one at your office. But they have not returned it to any one at my office. Today on 6th dec. he said ok our office boy will returned your parcel, then how it possible. if his office boy already returned this one. the worse and fake courier company in surat. If they did another day delayed to return my parcel, i will sue them in consumer court.
