Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — Complaint against heavy bill

I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high this month.

I have been paying my bills before due date and this is the response I get from you.I have been using the same amount of electricity as other months, and yet my bill is extremely higher.

Requesting you to please address my concern. I am a bachelor living with a less salary and i cannot handle such high prices.
