Sub: monthly electricity bill drd.20//7/2017 excessively high.
Ref: my letter dtd 24/7/2017.
In response to my complaint made online by email letter dtd.24/7/2017 for excessive billing, a man from best had come to my premises today on 27/7/2017 at about 1.30pm. As i am out of mumbai, my man who lives in the same building asked him his name & cell phone number which he refused to give, he was also offered to talk to me on the phone to which he said not necessary. He said to my man that he had gone up to the premises on the 2nd floor and found it locked. He said that they will have to change the meter. Regarding excessive billing, he said that i will have to come to the best office & talk to them.
I am out of mumbai under treatment for osteoarthritis & trigeminal neuralgia i am confined to bed. As if this suffering was not enough; you have caused me more by this quite unnecessary arbitrary excessive billing. I request you once again to please rectify the bill in line with previous consumption on record, as the premises is vacant, locked & unused.
For this kindness i shall ever remain obliged.
