Incorrect excess bills on a regular basis.

You are not deducting the payments made for the earlier bills and are sending excess bills for the following months.
This is my third complaint in a years time.
You need to seriously take this matter up and look into it at the earliest
Please send the rectified bill and do the needful at the earliest.
