Dear sir,
I would like your attention on my monthly bill of feb 2017, i was shocked to see 60 rs bill of jan 2017 and now i received a bill of 5305.12, which is more than thrice of my normal bill, my average monthly bill payment is between rs.1500- rs.1800.

Please help me by advising a reduce in payment so i can pay before the due date
