Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — harsh bus driving and rude conductors

This is rakesh kaunder, this is complain against the bus driver and conductor on bus no 415, they did not stop at busstop took only few people half bus was empty. People had to wait at busstop in heavy rain. We try to stop the bus but the driver and conductor were rude.

Please take action against the driver and conductor, i have attached photo of bus ticket.
