Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — High Electricity Bill and No Dues Clear !!!

Respected Sir,
With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I am customer of your Brihanmumbai Electric Supply And Transport.
Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill which i have mailed to you as well so many times. The average bill amounted between 400-500/-. However since April 2023, there has been a huge increase in my electricity bill which should not be there due to some obvious reasons as stated below:
- I am a working professional, comes home for just 8-9 hours. The entire day electricity is not used.
Secondly, I dont have any unusual appliance like AC, Cooler, Iron or any other thing which can add to bill. You can come home and cross verify at any time.
Thirdly, Most of the time I am not even at home for 7-10 days, then also the bill is more than 1000/-.

Also, the last few months, even after clearing my dues, the previous month bill is added to my current bill making it so much increase in amount..
I have also requested the concerned to please come and have a look at the electric meter as I am staying in a rented apartment and it is very difficult to bear so much bill at the cost o[censored]sing nothing.

Therefore I request to you please have a look at the bills which i have paid to stop adding it in the current bill and check why there is an increase in electricity bill unnecessarily despite of no use.

Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful and obliged to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
