Description of the incident:

My bill has increased almost 4 times since 11th April 2022 . Till the month of march my bill was only[protected]/ month suddenly from April, 2022 my bill increased to almost 6000 per month that is 4 times of what I used to pay. The increase of bill happened despite of the same consumption. I request the department to study my last 6 months bill and give an explanation for the increased bill and refund the excess amount charged

Desirable Solution: Kindly refund the excess amount charged for the billing cycle 11/04/2022 - 12/05/2022 & 12/05/2022 to 09/06/2022
