[Resolved]  Brilliant Tutorials Pvt. Ltd. — Non refund of fees

I had registered my son in the two years classroom coaching program of Brilliant Tutorials Pvt Ltd(Student Enrollment /ID No. I2PS13DP0007) for engineering entrance exams preparation. The duration of this coaching program was supposed to be from Jun'2011 to April'2013. I had deposited with Brilliant Tutorials, a sum of Rs Rs. 87, 662/- for this course using our hard earned money. But just after they shut their study center in Delhi all of a sudden, putting the career of all the enrolled children at stake. After a number of talks and discussions, Brilliant Tutorials agreed to refund Rs. 49, 502 in 3 installments beginning 30th April 2013. However, we have not received a single penny from them till day, today being 17th June 2014. Even after so many assurances, Brilliant Tutorials has not refunded even the agreed upon portion of our fees. We had saved money for providing a good education to our child but unfortunately our money has got stuck with this organization. We have wasted so much time trying to contact people at Brillant but they dont answer our emails or calls. Even though we agreed to all the conditions laid by Brillant regarding the refund process, and most importantly, we agreed on getting back only a portion of the entire fees paid, it is very sad that Billiant could not even keep up to the promise from their side. Request you to take a strict action and help us get our entire money back.
