British Council — Exam result withheld for investigation

I am Jasmeen kaur. I have appeared for ielts exams on 21 nov 2020 and results should be declared within 13 days but it didnt declared yet because it is withheld for investigation process or security and integrity purposes. And it has been more than 6 months from the examination day. I tried the calls multifarious times, but no one pickup my call as well as no One reply my mail after 10 February, 2021. Your service are extremely poor because your team members didn't guide me. You are responsible of spoil my career. You wastage my time And money . I pay the 14000 rs. British council take the money, but they didn't provide the result . it is a best way to collect the money And destroy the students life . if you cannot declared my result than return my money with claim . I need my result urgently, but your team doing the investigation for a 6 months. You done the formalities only . if you given the result than you provide the result within One months, but I am waiting for a 6 months . you can do anything according to your choice . I like your service well done
But you are responsible of spoiling my career.
