I am a resident of the shastri nagar, Ganaur, Sonipat. People are facing the problem of dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible.

I had given my ielts exam on 13 march 2021 and the results were supposed to be out on 26 march but instead i got an email that my results has come under scrutiny and are being investigated. Coming back now, it's been nearly 5 months and my results are still under investigation with their extremely disappointing customer support team with no to negligible help from their side. I had applied for my September intake and was supposed to get my visa process underway instead i am waiting for my results from past 5 months. I really want to take strict action against such fraudsters as they write the same email every month with deadline getting increased as the month passes.
Whoever is handling this page do help me please!

This in in regard to the harsh behavior of the Examiner during speaking module had today 19th June at 13:00 pm .

The Examiner was so harsh in talk right from the start which made me so uncomfortable in continue and answer the questions to her.
She was so adamant and harsh when my mask went below my nose when I am answering she got so heated with her talk.

It's also challenge for us to face the people during pandemic, in spite of protection shield she got so annoyed when the mask went down.

The behavior of the examiner has impacted my day and efforts that have put in.

How could the attitude and mindset of the Examiner decide me on the test.

I am totally upset and couldn't have any good opinion BC examiner team after facing this issue.

I have appeared for ielts exams on 21 nov 2020 and results should be declared within 13 days but it didnt declared yet because it is withheld for investigation process or security and integrity purposes. And it has been more than 6 months from the examination day. I tried the calls multifarious times, but no one pickup my call as well as no One reply my mail after 10 February, 2021. Your service are extremely poor because your team members didn't guide me. You are responsible of spoil my career. You wastage my time And money . I pay the 14000 rs. British council take the money, but they didn't provide the result . it is a best way to collect the money And destroy the students life . if you cannot declared my result than return my money with claim . I need my result urgently, but your team doing the investigation for a 6 months. You done the formalities only . if you given the result than you provide the result within One months, but I am waiting for a 6 months . you can do anything according to your choice . I like your service well done

Contradicting result-If I am not satisfied with one type, why does a person have to give all exam again? Don’t you have a more efficient system for students can retest without affecting other scores? I have wasted over 100, 000 INR till now over this exam. It does not test my English skills in any way since the results are very contradicting each time! I have got 8.5, 8 & even scores 6.5 in same category.

I have appeared for ielts exams on 17 nov 2018 and results should be declared on 30 nov but it didnt declared yet because it is withheld for investigation process or security and integrity purposes. And it has been more than 21 days from the examination day. I urge to british council to expedite the investigation as i got my conditional offer letter from the university so i need to fulfil their requirements to provide ielts score card. Its very urgent need of my ielts report card.

I had taken ielts exam in mid of september and the results were declared by mid of august. I was expecting my score card by the end on august 2017 however i never received it. I had not even received any communication from british council. After 1 month still the score card not in my hand i visited their website and looked on faq where it was mentioned that sometimes to verify score it might take 3 months to receive result. However even after 3 months i did not receive my results on which i contacted british council. And here comes the shock of my life they provided me some proof of delivery signed by some random person through blue dart. Blue dart which is another story.

I again contacted british council and said that it was not signed by me and i am not aware who has signed it i guess may be a delivery boy from blue dart. However i believe british council should have taken a effort to share the tracking number with me along with a sms when it was supposed to be out for delivery. So we cant even expect such basics when we are paying such a fees which are increasing every quarter.

On couple of emails with same replies from british council finally they are asking me to pay extra rs 1800 for their own mistake. Such a cheap tactic to get extra money. I want to leave this country coz of such attitude in general and british council proved that who it is run by here in india. Stupid useless people.

My wife too ielts exam on 7 jan 2017 at bathinda.

My wife have taken my ielts on 7 jan and speaking on 8 jan at hotel sepal, goniana road, bathinda, punjab 151005 and comfort inn tulip heights bhatinda mittal city mall goniana road bathinda, punjab-151001 respectively but have not received my scores so far.

I have sent multiples emails and documents as demanded by you. I have also tried to call you on your number [protected] but no response.

I am tired of pursuing you, please return my money it has to be almost 6 months you never gave my result and also you have not even returned my money.

Please read this article it says British Council's employees assumed complaint email as a legal notice and harassed a student.
The court has fined the council with INR50, 000 .

It is not a diplomatic organisation and still did not pay tax to the government of India on its businesses in India till 2015.

I took ielts (Academic) exam on 21st november 2015 and result for the same got declared somewhat in second week of december 2015 and i have not received the score card for the same yet.
I contacted british council for the same in february 2016. On my first mail british council told that my case is parked for inspection, then there was no reply from their side, i mailed again asking the status of my mail, then on 18th march 2016, i received a mail from them saying they are looking into the matter and i will be reverted back in 5 working days.
After i realised british council has lost track of its working days (Since i didn't receive any mail from them till april started), i again wrote a mail asking about the status of my case, then after a few days, i got a mail from them, telling me that the score card was delivered to me on 14th december 2015 at bangalore.
Now i would like to bring up the fact that, i have got nothing to do with bangalore, my registered address with british council is of daman (Pin- 396210). So why was it delivered to bangalore? And whom did they deliver it to?
Also british council told that it was delivered through blue dart courier service with reference number - [protected]. I tried to track with this reference number, but guess what, the reference number itself is invalid (As the same message was prompted at blue dart's shipment tracking site).
I wrote the mail again and again to british council that they have delivered the score card at the wrong address and even the courier reference number is invalid, but what they are telling me again and again that i will have to pay rs. 1750 for new score card.
I don't understand why will i have to pay for the mistake committed by british council??
On a different note, even if there is a chance that entered the wrong address at the time of registration, then how come study material reached to me on the correct address?
I am really fed up with this act of british council, i had to apply for colleges in canada, but it seems i won't be getting any admission now.

I want to inform you that when I joined the course, I did not like course material at all. I am a working professional. Hence I found my need of joining British Council is not fulfilling. I talked to my teacher and customer care executives. Had email communication as well. However none of them took any action upon this issue. Not only this but rather than listening to me, the customer care executives started shouting on me over the phone. I have full detail of those executive. I feel I have lost my money by spending to British Council and my precious time was wasted. I used to commute to Delhi from Gurgaon. My purpose to join BC was to learn something which suits my profile and improves my communication skills and that was very much dis-satisfactory.

I have discussed it with British council, Delhi, India center several times previously, during and after the course. However they stick to remain on their terms and condition of admission and informed me that refund is not possible.

My request is that a student joins the educational institute and spends money, time and efforts to "gain" something positive and in the same manner i expected to learn and improve my communication skills at British Council. I need my money back as I am really disappointed and I will keep this issue escalating over and over till it is resolved.

Kindly consider this email as request for refunding my full fees as compensation for dis-satisfactory results from throughout the course. Incase no action is taken from your side, this shall be considered as ignorance to hearing the request from the student which may result a legal action against cheating on terms of education acts.
