Brittany Pants — No items in delivery package and when asked for refund return facility denied

I had ordered a set of pants and tracksuits which costs me 2500 but when the product was delivered to me there was no items instead a bad quality tshirt which was not even the item that I had ordered. When opted for return and refund policy through website they denied it multiple times. Searched for customer care number on Google but when asked for refund they asked me to provide my gpay no and bank details etc.
