The technician collected microwave, provided an estimate and requested advance of 1500 as 3rd party would repair PCB. Trusting they are assigned by Bro4u, I paid the advance. Its been 10 days now and the technician does not pick up my calls. I have no idea if the repair would be done and as Microwave PCB has been taken, can't repair it elsewhere. I realise now there isn't a call center number for Bro4u as well. Was this information helpful? |
