I had booked a check-up for my fridge. The technician came and mentioned that there is some issue with the mother board of the fridge and needs to be checked for which he took the board and 3k advance. After that he started playing hide and seek with me and after lot calls, he came back and returned the board and mentioned that he has no money with him to return the advance. He said that he will return it in a day but now he is not answering to calls. Bro4U if this matter is not taken seriously, I will take appropriate action as I have all the evidence.

I did a washing machine service on 5th july . Service was completed and new problem arises. After continuous calls, no one is coming and fixing

They are frauds. Pricing is exorbitant & they will not show you the packaging for parts as you will know the MRP and the charge 3 to 5 times more.

My laptop inches have got strucked . I place a request for service. From your side I got a message like this: Hi Neelima! Computer Service service is confirmed at Bro4u. Booking ID: 984959. Profesional Name: Safa IT Solution . Contact No.: [protected]. Service Date and Time: 05/12/2023, 3pm. Price will be quoted upon inspection by the Professional. Please pay the Inspection Charge if you choose to not avail of the service after the visit. After that this service guy came and checked my laptop. When he is doing his work he broken my touchscreen of my Lenovo laptop. He took my laptop to some service centre and he repaired my inches and some black tap sticked my laptop and he is telling give me money then I will buy a screen and I will replace the screen he is telling. What is this like this people you have to service?? I think want to slove my inches problem, your people create extra problems.plz slove my problem. How to fix my screen now?? Plz give a solution for this. I contacted some customer care numbers of you there are telling 10/- have to pay for that you have to download some app. Plz at least 5000/- should be there in account for cutting amount of 10/-. Iam not understanding this and all.
Plz give solution for my problem i have work but screen is broken. 0plz slove my problem.

I had booked a service for drain blockage by this fraud app bro4u on 24th April one person had come he checked for blockage and said that it will cost 5k we agreed he started to work in the middle of work that guy was it will charge 11k or he will Leave the blockage as it is and we have to pay 4k without removing blockage after some arguments he agreed to remove the blockage for 7k still he dint remove the blockage took the money and went of he had been informed that if any blockage within 6months he will come and remove basically he said there will be warranty kind of thing !! Now from the day he came next day i informed him that block is not cleared till now he dint send someone and not even responding to call if responded that guy is abusing !! If I'm not getting any solution for this with in a week I'm going to complaint in consumer court against this fraud app who send people to fraud his name was shiv Kumar who came his contact is : [protected]

Request was raised for normal service ( Amount Rs. 549. At the same time having a self issue . Once after the service got me the quotation of Rs.7000. while did the tally with Market price, Bro4u charge more which is injustice. Bro4u should stop the contract with App Cool Control. Manager was rude and don't know how to behave with the customer.

These people are Fraud a big fraud
They took my bike for normal servicing and when i asked initially to provide me the estimate they said that they will open the bike and let me know later they sent me quote with all over price charges of Rs 6000 so I said them not to service my bike and send it back to me On this the mechanic and their manager started arguing with me saying all the false services i had asked them for whereas I have not asked them to do any extra services they also took out 5 litres of petrol from my bile they were not returning my bike even when i told them I will lodge a complain of theft they were all talking in bad languages and calling me mental .
Finally after immense argument I got my bike back after paying 1200 rupees.

Dont trust them they are doing scam. When I got my bike back I saw that they didnt even washed my bike and The charges are no where same to what they show on their website

Trusting bro4u was one of my life's biggest mistake also they dont even give any reciept for the payment and they wont consider their whatsapp proof and call records as proof

I had booked mechanic service for bike jump start which they told would cost 549 rs but then they told one person will come and take bike to their shop for repair. After taking bike they sent 5k bill about how they have opened the engine and made lot of changes. When we objected they told we wont return the bike and we need to pay amount and then go to their shop to bring it. Worst service and cheating customers

I did my bike servicing through bro4u from New Sai Service center who picked my bike from doorstep. Multpile parts were changed for a problem which was clearly related to battery that I have bene calling out from the beginning. A bill was Rs.4928 was sent over Whatsapp and they promised to share the bill later over registered mail ID. The bill has not been shared till date and the problem occurred again within a week. After requesting multiple times, the service center guy visited and he presented a bill of Rs.2219. The problem occurred again after 2 days and now they want to change the battery after presenting an overall bill of Rs.7147.
Neither the bill has been provided till date even after requesting company bro4u about it and nor they even cared to revert back on my feedback.
I demand full refund for my bike since the same problem exists and there is no proof about the work they have done over my bike.

The I just biked a Blumber from your app the person came to my place just saw tightened the cap and took 500rs n went off but the issue is still remains same not even rectified what nonsense you guys don’t have customer care number also.

They will take your functioning bike for service (only battery had to be replaced) and then send fake photos of damaged parts with a bill of 5000! The invoice itself is from a company which does not exist and is without GST number. They won't tell service centre address for you to inspect the problem. And as you can see from chat, they won't agree to leave your bike without paying this. Customer support doesn't work and they only responded when I mailed that I was going to file an FIR. After managing to get back my bike i got it checked by an independent garage and found that no parts were replaced. Still had to pay the full amount because of constant harassment by the goons. Beware!

Worst worst worst service from bro4u. I had booked bro4u for my laptop repair and they sent someone from vksolution and took my laptop for repair. They kept my laptop more than 15 days. I called multiple times and none of them picked my call and no updates given by them. After 15 days they returned my laptop . They have not repaired and returned damaged laptop. Delete button was detached from keyboard and edge of screen was also damaged. Very irresponsible and unprofessional staffs they have. Please donot choose bro4u laptop services.

I have booked my refrigerator repair with Bro4U and the technician charged me Rs.1400 and it was working fine for a few hours after he left.

When I tried calling him again, he has blocked my number and did not pick up my calls.

Please 'REFUND' my money if you are unable to fix the issue...or send someone to fix the problem at the earliest.

I considered Bro4u services, first of all they gave me a bill of Rs.6000 which I mentioned I don’t need the service and that head of Bro4u tortured me so much and asked for rs.1800 and will do some work .I got my vehicle back paying Rs.1800 for not doing any work .Worst experience.I lost my money but I don’t want this company to cheat other customers

They charged me 7k for bike service .The service guy added unnecessary parts to it which were really not needed .They donnot follow proper protocol and give any assurance

Hi Bro4u team. In my fridge repair as cooling not giving for double door and I contact bro4u team one of employee called as booked is name Abdul Khader Shariff phone no. [protected] he taken charge 4370 rs after 10 day it started over cooling in fridge . And he changed new motherboard chip some 2900rs and no given bill also . Please take a action on him . I have called him asked to come check after that he made switch off the number& not able to reach hime. I need my money back

I had given my laptop for a repair.
They fixed one problem but when it was delivered i noticed there was a new problem. when asked about that, he told me it'll become alright in a week and refused to do it right there because he had to open the whole thing again. it has been over 3 months. They costed me 5000INR and gave me back a broken laptop. My screen does not stay upright even after 3 months.

I am unable to contact them either.
Please take note of this.

I had given my laptop for service a couple of months ago.
You charged me 5000 rupees and you gave me the laptop broken.
My screen doesn’t stay upright and when asked about it when it got delivered, he told me it’ll become alright in a week.
It’s been over three months.

This is ridiculous.

The technician collected microwave, provided an estimate and requested advance of 1500 as 3rd party would repair PCB. Trusting they are assigned by Bro4u, I paid the advance. Its been 10 days now and the technician does not pick up my calls. I have no idea if the repair would be done and as Microwave PCB has been taken, can't repair it elsewhere. I realise now there isn't a call center number for Bro4u as well.

On June 20th they repaired NY TV and within 15 days it's showing same problem again and technician is not answering the call.

They took my TV for repair till now no reply... The guy who took the TV is not responding

I paid 1500 yesterday for microphone repair it was not working the next day.kindly help me.

I paid 3600 for my fridge repair for nothing. The fridge never worked for more than a day. I called the mechanic back twice he came fiddled around with the fridge and again back to square one nothing worked.

I want a refund of my money, this is utter nonsense

We reached out to bro4u services for a carpenter help to fix one of our furniture issues and a service partner was assigned to this work order who visited our house an year back and asked for the money to complete the work in advance (knowing that bro4u would be able to co-ordinate with all these service partners, we made the payment thinking it is as per terms), but after that the service partner who was assigned started ignoring our calls giving some junk reasons and of-late he has discontinued/changed his mobile number. We reached out to bro4u customer care asking for support for about an year and everytime we hear from them that we will reach out to the assigned service partner and ask for a call back, but this has never happened. We got cheated (not just us but many other people have gone through similar experiences who opted to go with this companies service), request help in resolution and taking some legal action against this company so that other people dont fall prey for these fraudulents

I have paid 5500 for bike servicing. The problems were again getting started he didn't do anything to my bike i have got just cheated

I had given my tv for repair and its still not delivered to me and the guy who took it does not answer my calls its a clear case of cheating and i an making a police complaint again the guy and the company if i dont get back the tv by tuesday.

I had arranged for sofa repair. A man called Khaleel came and took an advance of 3000/ and did not do any work. Have made continuous calls and asked to return the deposit but he has still not done. He is giving a tough time and not returning the advance token money. Extremely poor experience and hence I am raising a complaint.

November 8th my scooty service was done, it's really worst service from your end. Before service self start take time to start, he forcibly change Starting moto reset, every time i have to make kick start. They not at all cleaning dust at engine side. Very bad

On 6th November I booked sewage cleaning service from your team and the cleaning staff that came to the site asked for 4000 rupees to do the service which was an overpricing. I got the same done by local cleaning staff for 2000 rupees. It was a very bad experience from Bro4U and how the staff spoke to us however we paid the 100 for site visit and let them go.

On 15th November I booked a bike repair service and it suggested 799 and the vendor manager was swift to call me and suggest he would arrange a mechanic. But I was contacted by another platform and they stated they would send the mechanic in 3 hours time with a charge of 500. So I cancelled the bike repair service on Bro4U within 10 minutes of initial booking.

This time the vendor manager called me and was asking why I cancelled the order. I told him politely that I was going out and hence I do not need it today. He started saying I am lying and that previously also I cancelled the order. The way he spoke was very bad and he was arguing rudely.

I as a customer have all the right to choose which platform I want to avail for service or cancel any order at my will.
