I have booked a service from Bro4u for mobile Repair (742450). Alphonic mobile care was assigned. They collected the tab from me and next day they came with a charge of 4600. They claimed that they changed battery, charging slot and charging board. They said they will give 1 year warranty and finally I paid 4000 + 200 for delivery. The tablet was charged while given to me. Aparently the service request in Bro4u is showing cancelled. I have not used the tablet for 2 weeks as I was outstation and when I came back I noticed that the charging is happening very slowly and charging slot is still not proper. The next day it completely stopped working. When I contacted Alphonic mobile care the owner said they closed the business. I have contacted Bro4u and they are saying they provide only 14 days warranty and Alphonic mobile is still their vendor and asking me to contact Alphonic mobile care.

Had a similar experience for my Scooty service. My scooty has been not functional during the lockdown. I have been one of the unfortunate ones who called bro4u for servicing my scooty because of their pick and drop service. I am no expert of the scooty parts but the service guys send me a list of over 2 dozen parts to repair at the cost of 7.5k. I have been getting regular servicing for past 2 years and this cost was higher than all the times combined. I asked them not to go ahead and just change the batteries. They begin to argue with me that the scooty won’t start if all the mentioned parts are not replaced. I was in urgent need of the scooty so I had to reluctantly agree on their terms. Then they come up with a final bill of 8.5k. They added cost of the parts that we haven’t even discussed.
Hope this be a lesson for everyone thinking to get their bike service via bro4u. The cheaper option would be to hire porter to take your bike to registered service centers. I have learned this the hard way.
